All New and Used Firearm Shipments Must be Sent to an FFL.  Buyer is responsible for knowing all state and local laws where they reside concerning firearm purchases and restrictions.

ALL Firearm Transactions are Final, No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges.  Before Pre-Ordering any Firearms make sure you can pass the NICS FBI Background Check, There are NO Returns; NO Deposit or Pre-Order Sale Refunds; and NO Exceptions.

Federal Regulations Require the Buyer to be 18 or older for Shotguns, Rifles, Lowers, and Ammunition (Ammo); and 21 and older for all Handguns.

Effective November 14, 2022, any person under the age of 21 purchasing any Firearms are subject to a Brady Hold Period before picking up the Firearm.

ALL Firearm Purchasers must fill out an ATF Form 4473 with an FBI Background check.

 

South Carolina Firearm Purchasers must have a current valid South Carolina Drivers License or South Carolina Picture ID Card.  South Carolina Residents with a current South Carolina Concealed Carry Permit do not have to undergo a NICS FBI Background.

Note: ATF Form 4473 has been Revised as of August 2023, the use of the New ATF 4473 Form is mandatory.




Firearm Sales, What You Should Know:

When you purchase a Firearm, New or Used, from a Licensed FFL Dealer, that dealer is similar to a car dealer, the item purchased is guaranteed and warranted by the Manufacturer, not the Seller (Dealer).  Once a Firearm has been transferred to the Buyer, even if it has never been fired, it is considered a USED Firearm. Licensed FFL Dealers are under NO Obligation to Accept a return of the Firearm Purchased.  Any issues with a Firearm, the buyer, must contact the Warranty Department of the Gun Manufacture for repair.

$31.00 This is for a single FFL transfer for one Firearm on one ATF Form 4473.

Each Additional Firearm on the same ATF Form 4473 cost an additional $10.00 each.

Up to 5 Firearm may be transferred at one time on a single ATF Form 4473.

Prices are Cash. I also accept payment by Zelle.

 

We do NOT store Firearms, you must pick up your Firearm within 3 Business days of arrival.  If you cannot, Firearm Storage is $35.00 per month.
